We get a lot of calls about poor agitation on OEM sprayers. We have a four step process to get you to the level of agitation that you want. If the first step doesn’t work, go on to the next step.
Step 1
Clean existing nozzles and the hoses that supply the nozzles. The hoses under the tank have a tendency of collecting solids
Step 2
Replace the agitation nozzles in the tank. The originals are very inefficient and our replacements deliver 3x the agitation with the same input flow
Step 3
Many OEM sprayer models us by-pass flow for agitation. To put agitation flow at a priority, we recommend a new agitation valve plumbed to the spray pump
Step 4
Sometimes there just isn’t enough flow to agitate the tank and produce high rate applications. Changing out the spray pump to a higher capacity option will solve this.
